Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

Went up Register Ridge and came down Devil's Backbone. The sign to the trail from fire road was covered by “WARNING” sign. The trail is very steep and windy, trekking poles would be helpful. There are only patches of snow, and no micro spikes needed.
