Registration packet not received

I haven’t received an email or a packet in the mail. Please advise, I have a hike coming up this weekend and need to know how to Navigate this page.

Hi Carmen! You registered on January 23rd, and unfortunately your welcome packet will not be mailed until I'm back in the office on Friday (I'm currently in New Mexico).

But you don't need the welcome packet to get started. You are all set to log your hikes in the challenge.
