Since Gorgonio Wilderness is uncertain, I opted to finish my challenge with Ontario Peak. The weather had the crisp autumn feel . I thought the trail was very crowded compared to my many hikes to the saddle. I believe the ongoing pandemic and fires brought many others to Ice House. It was an easy and pleasant hike!
ps we bumped into a very hungry and thirsty lost kitty cat at around 7,900 ft. We fed her and gave her water and was hoping to take her back on our way down.
