This was my 3rd time summiting San Jacinto but then first time doing it as a day hike!  It was a beautiful day and we got to the summit in 4.5 hours. There were butterflies on the summit which was fun to watch while we ate our lunch. The trail wasn’t very busy which was really nice and kind of unusual for a Saturday. All in all a perfect day!
