Being that this trail is in the Los Coyotes Indian Reservation, you have to check in with the Tribal Ranger Station and the fee to get in is $10.00 cash.
Loved the hike trail, it was very easy to locate. Basically one way in and one way out. The hard part was the consistent incline and only leveling in a few spots.
The greenery and the snow we encountered was absolutely beautiful.
