Bugs were not too bad

Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

We were a little sleepy sp got a later start than we wanted.  As we drove to the trailhead at Vincent the 2 was closed and had to start the backwards up the PCT.  It was a planned 8mi hike and from this route ended up being 16 miles.  It was gorgeous with views to the north and south.  A lovely oatmeal snack at the top some photos and we were back to the trail down.  Incredible hike.
