Trail snow-covered at times – Gear and expertise recommended

This was a difficult hike because of the snow. At times we were buried knee deep in it. The trail was covered in snow and not visible. We had to use our map to find our way. We fell about 10 times each. I wanted to quit so many times. It took us about 8 hours to complete. My feet felt frozen for most of the hike. Seeing the marker and the flag at the top was the best feeling as was finishing it and sitting in my warm car. In retrospect it was a fun hike. We laughed a great deal.
