Arrived 5:45am – no problems finding parking arriving by 6am. Went up Ski Hut/Baldy Bowl. There were a few small groups but not too busy. Windy and cold as we got close to the summit and on top, but otherwise weather was perfectly comfortable for a hike. Quite a few people at the summit. Popped over to West Baldy, back to Baldy, and then down Devil's Back Bone. Ran into a steady stream of hikers coming up the Back Bone. Top of the Notch is open with limited menu selection. This makes 6 out of 18.
