This was a really fun hike. It was a hot and humid day which slowed us down a little bit but overall this is a nice moderate hike of 4 hours.

The summit has a giant rock construction from which the view is incredible. We met lots of Appalachian trail through-hikers on the mountain and in the nearby town of Salisbury. We hiked clockwise, and going down the one steep part on the trail was fine. In hindsight, hiking counterclockwise might have been easier.

Great hike – a wonderful day!
