We started this hike around 6:30am. The sun was already up, so it was starting to get a bit warm. The first couple of miles weren't to bad but we had to take a few breaks towards the last 2 miles, by then it was about 90 degrees. I really like how this trail gradually changes, definitely a good workout. The views to the west were awesome, if you had binoculars you can probably see Robbers Roost. It was hot heading back down, overall it took us under 5 hours to complete. I actually felt really good coming down, good enough to actually do my second trail of the day which was Wilson Mountain.
