Great start to the Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge! This is a popular trail, and for good reason. The views are pretty phenomenal.
The trail itself is a grind, with much of it ascending stone steps. And on the way down, a chance to test your knees and ankles. 🙂
Hung out at the summit for about 30 minutes, hoping that the sun might pop-out before it set, but it was not meant to be. On the bright side, I did make it back down before the rain hit.
