Bill Williams is a beautiful trail outside of Flag. The whole place was pretty empty, so there was plenty of parking. The trail itself was very nice. The top 1/2 mile is a dirt road to a little forestry building. There is an observation tower you can climb and if the attendant on duty is kind, they will let you in the top compartment.
