Birthday Hike to Sitton Peak was beautiful and bitter sweet. The weather was perfect and the trail clear. It was a nice way to spend the birthday, however, the news of Kobe Bryant’s tragic death came in when we got down and had reception. It was a somber ending to what could have been a great day. I was blessed to be with two amazing friends that day who made my morning special.
