Gorgeous outside today! Wasn't sure if I was going to get in anymore of the 6 peaks after losing so many weeks to the fires, then personal travel. Only had time today to hike from the upper trailhead (4.4 mi / 1750 ft gain). Good hike, quite steep in some sections. The winds were strong at the top. The trail leading to the fire lookout tower is closed for restoration, had to view from afar.

It’s so nice that the air has cleared at last — just in time for the snow to cover the higher peaks. Makes for great views, though.
