This was our 2nd time hiking Black Butte this summer, however it was my daughters 1st. With this hike my daughter has now completed her 6 Pack of Peaks! ( She hiked Diamond Peak with our son) We hiked the day after hiking South Sister- yikes- but we made it, and it was kind of like a cool down hike!

The weather was nice and we only saw about 10 people total. The views were not great due to smoke.
