Bugs were not too bad

Snow free

The trial was nice with a mix of being in the sun and in the shade. The last two miles leading to the peak were very steep, but we definitely felt accomplished. There weren't many bugs, but I did get a tick bite, so just be wary of tall grass and going of trail.
