Warm day and a intense hike!! What a difference from the third peak to the fourth. Serious inclines and descents. Not a lot of flats.
Loved reading the history along the way.
Skies were foggy to the west and slightly smoky to the east.
We saw a bobcat and a ton of scat on the trails. Many rabbits and birds too.
Good hike. Mt Tam has been my favorite.

Were you able to get any photos of the bobcat? I’ve only seen one on the trail once, and he stopped to look back at us for a moment, then walked on.
