Started at 630 AM and minimal cars were on the roadside parking.  The parking lot itself was locked.  Use the restroom in the parking lot as there will be no number two facilities on the way up.  Probably best to have a buddy near by as one of the doors does not lock. Trail was well manicured. Mostly a gradual incline with a steep section for the last half mile or so.  Weather was perfect and views at the top were 360 degrees of beauty.  Wife and I were able to make it to the top in two hours.  Saw some lizards and a few butterflies on the way up.  Took pics with the sign, enjoyed a cold beverage and headed down. There wasn't too much traffic for a Sunday and most people were friendly.
