The was an Asian male who passed out and fell mid hike and the rescue team of the fire department responded, but after examination they put a bump hat on him and he went back down with assistance, walking on his own. Added some excitement and the local new team all had the helicopters there to take pictures but I didn’t see any news people on the trail. Otherwise, the hike was a challenge but not particularly difficult for me at 74.
