James (boyfriend), Remi (dog), and I had a lovely spur of the moment decision to climb Mount Tamalpais on January 19th.  With all the rains lately, the Cataract Trailhead was filled with beautiful waterfalls, but the trail was luckily not too muddy.  With a late start we were at a faster than normal pace and summited Mount Tam in 2.5 hours, taking about half the time to come back down and still making it out before sunset.  Only mishap was slipping at the very end on a stair and cutting my hand, but I will live:)  Looking forward to hiking in Point Reyes next weekend with these two!
