Started my hike with @strider at Icehouse canyon at 6am and got back to the car by 130pm. Took our time heading up the switchbacks to the saddle and took a lunch break at Kelly camp (still patches of snow). After lunch is when the scenery really got interesting. Iced trees and bushes lined the entire path to the peak where we took our time to soak up the scenery. Trail was empty the entire way to the peak and saw a few hikers as we started to descend. Best hike so far and highly recommend doing this when there is still a bit of snow.
