This was a tough, but fun hike. I felt like I was on the stairmaster for at least 3 hours. I thought the trail was beautiful and 360deg view from the top was gorgeous. I took 3L of water and 32oz of electrolytes. I drank 2L/water and all of my electrolytes. A lot of the trail is exposed so bring plenty of sunscreen too.
