This trail was both easy and beautiful. I brought a full pack to help trainer for the JMT this summer and it was a great hike for my first time with a pack on since November. I got there at 7:50am and the small lot was full by 8:00am so get there early!
At the top there was some sleet happening but it was a particularly cold and cloudy morning.
