6/13/2020:

I hiked up San Giorgino using the South Fork trails.  I started off much later than I had planned.  I made the mistake of carrying 25 pounds on this 22 mile journey.  I did not get elevation sickness but I could feel the altitude.  The weather was great.  The trails were clean and safe.  There weren't alot of hikers that day.  But I used the face mask throughout the entire time.  I saw many blooming wild flowers.  I was sluggish that day.  I hiked really slow.  At the Dry Lake View Campground, I ran into Philip Yoho and Tara.  They were doing 9 Peaks.  When I saw them, they were on their 7th Peak.  Philip and Tara proceeded to their last 2.  As I got to San Giorgino Peak, I saw them again.  At this point, I was dead tired.  Philip and Tara gave me encouragement to finish strong.

I am so blessed to finally reached the Peaks with the support of the hikers.
