We started at 6ish am. I was in absolute awe with how beautiful this trail was. When I got to 10,300 I started to feel the altitude weighing my legs down like ton of bricks. I finally got up to 11,000 ft with my group and acclimated with each step. When we finally reached the peak it was glorious!
I thought the way down would be pretty straightforward but it to was difficult, especially the switchbacks. It was dark by the last set of switchbacks but we finally made it out! This was an amazing and brutal adventure!
