Well, we got it done. Peak 5 of 6 for So Cal. 11 of 12 total, including San Diego. Got to the trailhead a little before 7am. Parking lot was full. That was expected. Hike started out peaceful but, the constant incline became a chore real quick. Luckily, I had plenty of fuel and water to sustain me but, legs had their own agenda. Temps warmed up so, that motivated us. After getting to Ontario Peak, we descended, then decided to trek to Big Horn. It was short but, the steeper incline made it a little rough. After that, we were done. On the way down, we took advantage of the creek. The cool water was so refreshing. The sights and sounds of nature was blissful. Thanks to the #slownsteadysocal crew for making it memorable.

Miles: 13.3 (took shortcut on way down)
