Cucamonga kicked my butt!! The first part was the same trail as Ontario peak, so I already knew what to expect. Once we hit the split and headed off on the Cucamonga trail, it was as beautiful as can be, then I had to really dig in and lean forward to climb up the switchbacks. I was out of breath, heart pounding, legs burning, but it was totally worth the climb!!! There was a lot of bees at the top but they didn't bug us too much. Once again, the view was breathtaking, or maybe I was still just out of breath from the climb. Either way, WORTH IT!
