We started approx. at 6:30 AM, that parking lot is no joke. Almost completely full exactly at 6 AM. The weather was nice and cool for the first few miles in. The tree cover helped a lot. The water was flowing and so beautiful next to the trail. It was extremely rocky at times which made it quite difficult in my opinion to keep on the trail and to walk in general. All the rocks moved underneath our feet. Got to the peak at 12 exactly. We took many breaks along the way, we took lots of photos and took in the scenery. We spent an hour at the peak, eating lunch and taking more pictures. We got back to the car at 5 PM I believe. Great all day adventure. And that was my 6th peak! YAY!
