Despite many people not liking Ice House Canyon, it's become one of my favorite local hikes.   Things got really crazy on the way down from summit.  There was huge group of party goers who left trash and probably did some switchback cutting that destroyed the trail.  We had to stop to look at AllTrails to make sure we were on the same trail we had gone up since the rock scree completely changed the switchback section of the trail.  Thank God for Trail Angels that helped me get across the sketchy section and made sure the people behind me also got over safely.

Also encountered a giant Rattle, but it was minding it's own business. My friends and I just waited it out and made our way through after the snake moved back into the bushes.

Over all, the trail needs major maintenance and ppl should be more gentle with his trail since the views at the top are worth every step.
