This is my first challenge of the six-pack of SoCal peaks in 2023. I did it with the whole family. The mountain scenery is beautiful and the creak is full of water. I intentionally pick this trail as my first attempt to SoCal peaks after I recovered from a heel fracture that occurred a year ago. The stress test went well. I am able to complete the whole trail without feeling unconformable. There are a few places that are hard to navigate as the trail gets covered by snowfields. Overall, the hike is quite enjoyable.
