Snowfields to cross – could be difficult

Went up the fire road. Saw some big paw prints on the side of the road. Finding the fire road was surprisingly difficult. It’s near campsite 69 FYI. Steady climb on a freshly paved road   Lots of clearly marked side trails. Patches of snow on the sides of the road.  Rey windy at the top but incredible views.   Came down the Conejos trail to the Adela Glen trail which made this a 7.9 mile hike. Icy snowfields and loose pebbly trails make this route more challenging trail is clearly marked and easy to follow but some growth overhead to duck around.
