We hiked to sugarloaf peak through falling rock canyon and then continued on to Ontario peak. This is a very challenging path and not recommended if you’re a beginner. There is quite a bit of bouldering and literally falling rocks. GPS map is a must.
The path from sugarloaf to Ontario is much safer yet still challenging.
we returned down the icehouse canyon trail.
Icehouse canyon is in great condition although there were a few slippery sections from the rain.
