Dude my legs hurt so bad

We had a rough start in the beginning because we went the wrong way for 1 mile. This hike was soooo long but it felt so great to finish. We went counter clockwise which I HIGHLY recommend doing. This was also a very intense leg/ thigh workout going uphill on the south side of the mountain
