Started in the evening to avoid the heat at Robert Louis Stevenson trailhead. First mile had a lot of shade until the fire road. The bugs were a bit annoying. The shadow of the mountain provided shade most of the way up. Reached the top around sunset, and then headed back down. Total time was 4.5 hours.
