Fantastic snowy hike to Volcan Mountain

Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

Started before sunrise. Trails is covered in fresh snow, microspikes and trekking poles are very helpful. The weather condition is good and windy before you reach the summit and it got so cold at the top. I really enjoy this trail very peaceful and have breathtaking views and only saw few people when descending via five oak trail.
