As mentioned in the title, first on the list but last one completed. Bergen Peak is tucked away in the hills just west of Denver in the town of Evergreen. For mid October, the weather was perfect for a hike/run. Having had the first snow of fall, though nearly all of it is gone, there is still some snow in the shaded areas/north facing side of the peak. There are a couple of spots to walk through packed down snow but no additional traction needed. The trail is also more rocky than expected. This should not pose a problem for hiker but if you're going to run the trail, be mindful. The summit a bit allusive as the trial isn't as defined once at the viewing area but you'll get to it if you go past the antenna. As it was a clear day, you could see Pikes Peak to the south and Mount Evans to the West. Have a look at my strava link for the route I took. Fun hike!
