This was my first time visiting Hot Springs Mountain. Really great day for Hot Springs Mountain – perfect temps and fairly cloudy skies made the initial uphill sections enjoyable. There were really light patches of snow in places – they were neat to see, but seemed to be melting off fairly quickly. I wouldn’t expect them to pose a problem for anyone. The trail is super well marked and includes some interesting add-ons for those with extra time (eg Quiet Road).
