Arrived at the trailhead at 8 am, plenty of parking still available. Hike up to Fletcher Peak is a good steady climb with some switchback sections. Ice patches up towards the peak obscured the trail in a few locations, and the trail is not marked and occasionally difficult to follow. Make sure to bring a map if you aren’t familiar with the area. Had cell service at the peak. Downed tree crossing the trail a little shy of 1 mile from the trailhead. Made it back to my truck at 11 am, no parking was available at the time so make sure to arrive early
