Daylight savings time- I was out late the night before, knew I would sleep through my cell phone alarms, so I set both of my physical clock alarms…but then I set the clock times the wrong way!  Woke up two hours late; two people I was supposed to pick up along the way, left without me.  Ended up meeting them at the summit, so a good thing I guess that I got to go my own pace, listen to my tunes, etc.  Shame I didn't get to meet and get to know those two though; from what I heard they got along great.

Anyway, the hike: Cold!  Windy!  Lack of visibility!  It did open up as I was descending.  Some steady ascending sections, but nothing I couldn't power through.  Trees frozen at the summit, which required some brave bouldering, if that's the right word, to get to the true high point.
