We picked up the trail to Mt Pinos from Nordic Base. It is approximately 4 miles total, so our hiking group decided to add Sawmill Mountain to it; making it 8.09 miles total.
It was a breezy day with a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. I loved the trail surrounded by pine trees. The view from both mountains was breathtaking.
