Took some friends up Strawberry Peak via the Red Box Parking Lot. This is definitely the easier of the three routes. The other two via Colby Canyon. Overall, it's listed as a hard hike, but I'd say it's closer to a moderate hike. The first 2/3 of the hike is a steady incline that shouldn't be a problem at a leisurely pace. The last 1/3 of the hike is a steeper incline where you will have to do some minor rock scrambling at times. You don't need any special equipment for this trail.
Trail conditions were very good. A few yucca's on the trail, but they were easy to go over/under. No snow or washouts of the trail. And the trail is pretty well defined all the way up.
