Heat advisories were all over the place..but I needed to bag this one. We had already planned it, and I was booked to do the Blady Full Moon Hike with dinner and live music that night..right next door really. So no way were we not gonna do it. Metatron Ice House at O Dark Thirty. (5 a.m.) Beat the heat up the mountain. Stunning. Got the obligatory snaps. Back down. Denny's and a burger and shake by 1:00.
