Another solo hike up Greylock.  Itinerary for the day was an out and back on the Gould trail. I was the only car in the parking lot and was on the trail by 9am after a two-hour ride to get there. It was nice and I enjoyed the solitude. The weather was beautiful too though gusty at times. The hike went by quick, and I didn't spend much time at the summit. Passed two hikers on the way up and on the way back the trail traffic started to pick up. It was nice to see people out enjoying the day.

  1. Looks like good hiking weather. Springtime can be awesome on the trail.
I’m going to be in New England in August. I figured, why not hike during the hottest time of year? :p

    1. August can be hot for sure. Hopefully you’ll luck out like I did these past few days and have great weather. Fingers crossed!
