Cooler morning temps made this hike pretty nice. First time up and enjoyed the smooth rock free path after the Mt. Bachelor grind last week. Views were muted from the top with lots of smoky haze. Ran into some trail angels today that rescued sunglasses that I lost on the way up and left them for me at our car. Hats off to those three guys! Will definitely be back on a clear day to take in the 360 degree views!
