August 24th, 2019 I got up to New Hampshire parked at the Cog Railway where I would meet up with my Hike for Mental Health Group and headed to the Jewell Trail to start our journey onto my sixth peak of the Six Pack Of Peaks Challenge: New England! I hiked with a large group, 120 hikers broken down into three to four groups. I would lead the third group and sweep the leading groups from the trailhead up to the Summit of Mt. Washington!

We took the Jewell Trail, Gulf Side Trail, Trinity Heights  Connector and then up to the summit!

Loved this hike and being up at the summit. There were a lot of undercast views once above tree line. It was beautiful seeing the sea of clouds below us and distant mountain peaks reaching up! Clouds would roll up and over us during much of the hike but occasionally we were able to get some amazing and rewarded 360 views!

For the most part cloudy, comfortable temperatures, trails weren’t snow covered and easy to cross.

Definitely worth the hike and recommended to others.
