Today I hiked one of the best trails thus far. 10 miles of complete bliss. Perfect weather, birds singing, deer crossing, woodpeckers doin their thing and nobody else on trail until the end (4 others total) the blue birds were out in full force darting from tree to tree. I could write a book on today’s trail bliss and beauty. I will definitely be hiking this a million more times, and with my hammock next time for sure.
Thank you for a great day, Brian. And thank you for successfully pulling my 130 pound ass up the rock scramble to the legit summit.

Did I mention this is peak 6/6 for the San Diego 6 pack of peaks?!? I FINALLY finished the challenge. Just over 4 months passed my planned finish date.
