Road suitable for all vehicles

Bugs were terrible

Snow:

Snow free

The view was amazing.
prepare to climb up a ladder and some ropes to get to the top of rocks and a concrete slab.
the bugs were bad.   Little gnats.   No mosquitos as far as I could tell.
I used a bug net.  I recommend using one.
