I'd say this was the first of the toughest ones that really pushed me. Those first few miles were brutal. It was pretty nice to get to the very top and catch all the views from the highest point in San Diego county, particularly enjoyed spotting the Salton Sea.
I dedicated this one to my Papa Raymond, who passed away January 2014. He taught me the importance of faith, and how family means so much more than blood
