Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

What we thought would be the hardest time to summit South Sister turned out to be my favorite summit. The snow made for different views and the snow covered the skree towards the top which made that section easier. Zero wind at the top which is unusual. It was so clear that we could see Mt Rainier!
