Trekked through Mt. Woodson as my first mountain to summit with a two of my fellow 6-peak-challenger hikers. We started at around 0645 am, very foggy and cold with the temp of approximately in the 50’s (in San Diego terms, it was freezing 🥶 ). It was Wednesday only a handful of hikers in site (we encountered no more than 10). It’s definitely a challenging, yet doable first hike.
